How would it work?
  • Send your Job applicants to our facility for Pre-Employment Screening for the followings tests:
  • Inspect a damaged vehicle at our facility.
  • Complete an Estimate in any one of the three Estimating systems (per your instructions) with light, medium or heavy impact.
  • Secure and document damage via pictures.
  • Complete Work Order according to the “BAR” with Tear Down authorization, Supplement, Final bill. (We will provide a generic Work Order).
  • Complete a log sheet with proper documentation. We will provide a generic Log Sheet)
  • Customer Service (Live Role Play with irate customer)
